One on One
A One on one with our coach allows time for custom movements and workouts for their client based on their specific needs and goals along with personalized programming outside of the session.
This specialized time will not only allow for core, glute and pelvic floor strengthening, but allows space for nutirition and recovery conversations along with specific goal planning.
Pelvic Floor and Movement Assessment
A Pelvic Floor and Movement Assessment with our team allows our coaches to better get to know the client and build out a specialized plan of action for them. This allows a deeper conversation of past injuries, traumas and births along with assessing each key movement and muscle connected to the pelvic floor.
Group Class
In Blooms Women’s Group class we will be working on strengthening your Pelvic Floor and all essential muscle groups supporting it. You not only will be able to grow in strength and stamina but grow in relationships and community with other women in similar seasons of life.

Not at all! Everyone starts their health and fitness journey at different parts of their lives. This is a place where all are welcome in any and all seasons of life and fitness!
Bloom Womens Fitness is not just a gym and it is not a physical therapy clinic, but it is the link between the two. So many times after pregnancy women are cleared by their doctors but are given no direction on how to get back into an active lifestyle safely. Or women are already active and training with issues and not sure where to start to get help.
This depends on where you are at in your fitness journey and how much support you need. Our clients begin with an assessment and movement evaluation for our coaches to accurately identify issues and come up with a plan of action.
In our Pelvic Floor and Core group class we focus on foundational breathing, stretching and strength exercises. Each class is 45 minutes of specialized movements and activities that best support your pelvic floor and essential muscles.
