I have learned so much from Coach Christine at Bloom Women’s Fitness! From learning how to breathe properly during different types of movements, to knowing how to use my core and pelvic floor in a connected way, to focusing on slowing down and improving my weaknesses – I am loving this class! I’ve been working out consistently for almost 9 years now and would consider myself an athlete, but this class is challenging me to become better in new ways. I especially love the supportive community of women who are not afraid to be vulnerable about the things they are dealing with and the accountability to actually do the important work of prioritizing pelvic floor and core health. At this point in my journey, I know a lot of the right things to do, but I struggle with consistently doing them in my own. Bloom and Christine are keeping me on track!
